RENOFORM MZAN 51 is a non-water-miscible lubricant / forming oil.
It’s designed for finishing stamping, punching, and deep drawing of sheet steel, especially fine blanking and other difficult forming operations.
The fluid is skin-friendly (harmless to skin) under its intended usage.
Contains chlorinated saturated hydrocarbons (long-chain) but does not include light/short-chain chlorinated hydrocarbons, lowering certain environmental / volatile risks.
Used for metal forming operations: punching, fine stamping, blanking, deep drawing.
Particularly suited to difficult forming conditions where high pressures, sharp edges, or hard steels are involved.
Removal of residues is possible: “can be easily removed with alkaline industrial cleaners” (Renoclean series) or similar.
High tool life / reduced wear in demanding forming operations due to consistent lubrication, high viscosity, and suitable additive package.
Better protection for forming tools, less galling, smooth finishes due to forming oil tailored for deep drawing / stamping.
The high flash point reduces fire risk under high temperatures or friction during forming.
Skin-friendly formulation (lower irritation) under its specified use.
Cleaner post-processing: residues can be cleaned off with known industrial cleaners, facilitating finishing and subsequent processes.
