INDUSTRIAL LUBRICANTS
Hydraulic Oil

The Renolin B Plus series by Fuchs is a premium hydraulic fluid designed to meet and exceed the requirements specified in DIN 51524-2 (HLP/HM), including demulsifying and zinc-containing properties.

Product Overview

  • Base Oil: High-quality, hydrotreated mineral oils (Group II)

  • Additives: Zinc-containing anti-wear (AW) and extreme pressure (EP) additives

  • Viscosity Grades: Available in various ISO VG grades, such as 10, 15, 22, 32, 46, and 68

  • Color: Typically amber

Performance Features

  • Extended Service Life: The use of high-quality base oils can double the lifetime compared to conventional Group I-based hydraulic fluids.

  • Excellent Thermal and Oxidation Stability: Offers low deposit tendency, reducing the risk of varnish formation.

  • Superior Air Release Properties: Ensures rapid dynamic air separation, enhancing system performance.

  • Demulsifying Capability: Effectively separates water, maintaining lubrication integrity.

  • Corrosion Protection: Provides excellent protection against rust and corrosion for steel, iron, and copper materials.

  • Wear Protection: The zinc-containing AW/EP additive system protects against wear at high pressure and load.

Certifications and Approvals

  • DIN 51524-2 (HLP/HM): Meets the standard for hydraulic fluids.

  • Denison HF-0, HF-1, HF-2: Approved for Denison hydraulic systems.

  • Bosch Rexroth RDE 90235/90245: Approved for Bosch Rexroth systems.

  • ISO 6743-4 (HM): Meets the standard for hydraulic fluids.
