ECOCUT HFN 32 LE is a mineral-oil based, neat cutting / machining oil formulated for both cutting and grinding operations.
Part of Fuchs’ HFN LE (Low Evaporation / Low Mist) line, which are designed to reduce oil misting & evaporation in the work area.
It's “multipurpose”: suitable for machining and also usable as a hydraulic or general circulating oil (HLP‐32 class).
Used for cutting, grinding, turning, milling, drilling, and other machining operations on a variety of metals: steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, aluminium, etc.
Works well in finishing or demanding operations where stability, low mist, and consistent lubrication are important.
Because of its viscosity and classification, also appropriate where oils are expected to double as hydraulic or circulating oils (where HLP-32 is acceptable).
Low evaporation & low misting → cleaner working environment, less oil lost to air, better safety.
Good lubricity and EP additives → helps tool life, especially under heavier loads.
Copper‐inactive / copper-safe → does not overly react with copper or copper alloys.
Multipurpose use reduces need to keep separate oils: can serve as cutting/grinding oil AND in some lubrication / hydraulic roles.
